Inspiring My Generation is saving lives through mental health awareness, education, emotional support, and suicide prevention. We do this through three initiatives: 1 - Normalize The Conversation podcast with mental health advocates, professionals, and individuals with lived experience 2- Encouragement Card Program where we donate 200+ cards a month to patients hospitalized in behavioral health facilities 3- Workbook Series written by Francesca Reicherter to provide tools and resources to our youth
